Refund & Return Policy

1. Right of Return - 14 Calendar Days

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return, with no questions asked. This policy applies voluntarily to all orders regardless of location.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The package must be unopened and in its original, undamaged condition.
  • The tamper-evident seal on the jar must be intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, food supplements with a broken seal cannot be returned once opened - this is a standard and legally recognized exception for food products.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt to notify us of your intention to return.
  2. We will reply with return instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. Pack the product securely and send it via a tracked postal service.
  4. Share the tracking number with us once dispatched.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund within 14 calendar days. As the original order was paid cash on delivery, refunds are issued by bank transfer. You will need to provide your bank details via email.

6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at no cost at any time before dispatch:

  • Inform us during the telephone confirmation call.
  • Or contact us by email at [email protected] before dispatch.

7. Refusing Delivery (COD Orders)

If you change your mind at the point of delivery, you may refuse the package. The courier returns it to us at no cost to you. The order is then cancelled automatically and no payment is collected.

8. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately with a photo. We will arrange collection at our expense and provide a replacement or full refund.
